Its just outside the mosque close to the market. Not easy to find unless you familiar w East Pattaya. In Bangkok..try sintornsteaks at Bangna..its also a muslim steakhouse and largest in Bangkok..They have decent beef or mutton soup.:)

Forgot to report that I did stop by RCA once around 10:30, and surprisingly it was quite dead. One of the venues there was under renovation. So, not sure if that was the reason.
