You could try the Kissbangs in Hongdae, there are a couple littered across the metro exits of Hongik Univ, mostly staffed by college kids wanting to earn a quick buck.

50 SGD for a makeout session but if you tip well enough or are generally not a douche, they'll follow you back to your hotel.

Best part is, you might even find a lass who'll chaperone you around Seoul and give you a proper date-tour in the city.
