Don't know about KL but certainly can in Bangkok, Saigon and Jakarta. At Medan airport they had it at the duty free!

In Thailand many fake viagra so better be careful.

real one in thailand selling ard 1k plus baht for 4 tab. i bought it in cnx and bkk b4.

I use to buy it from h. city which sell cheaper but again maybe fake cos it doest come in box. some even sell similar to viagra n it half the price. better dont play play use the real one.

The viagra/cialis sold in Thailand is mainly from India. India produces a lot of brands, known under the names of Kamagra, Suhagra, Silagra...
These have the same effects as the original brand but are much cheaper. In Mumbai you can get one box (4 tablets) for about 150 Rupees i.e about S$5.

I've tried Kamagra before in Bangkok. It really works!

You can buy in from the pharmacies along Sukumwhit Road. I think it cost about 250 baht for 4 pills. You can also get a discount if you buy more.

Kamagra also comes in gel packets....about 100 baht for a single dose packet. Being in jelly form, your body can absorb it faster. But I think the pills are more value for money.
