actually, there are many such violations of the law in Singapore everyday.. ie. under 16 girls having sex.. FL less than 18..

The problem usually comes (and reported in news) when some sort of disagreement arises between the parties involved.. resulting in either party (girl, of course!) not happy with the outcome and go report.
