IMO i think its best is just pass her the client details base on her requirements thus acting a filter for her. Then leave the arranging to her and maybe give her some advice if she got problems. I understand your intention of helping her do the arrangements because shes green to this line thus the extra mile but i feel you should draw a clear line on how much to help to prevent any unwanted trouble
