Having the right education system is the best road to success for a country.
Just look at our neighbours where only 10% of non-bumiputras are only allowed to qualify for their university regardless of their high scoring results in their final exams, the rest 90% goes to the bumiputras who had some failed in the exams but still get in the University through the back door.
