I have nowhere to vent myself. Been a loser thruout my 40yrs of life.

Cannot achieve anything. Didnt treasure what i have and lost everything..

Owe legal moneylender and trying so hard to pay everymonth..

Im not here to borrow money but just to find proper advise on this matter.

Is there any agency that help to consolidate debts for moneylender?

Sorry to hear of your current status. I think consolidating your debt and agreeing a sustainable payment plan is the first step towards solving your problem.
Once you do that and feel that you are able to slowly pay off the debtors, you will feel less stress. The next step, if you have the energy and time, do find a sideline job. Something that can develop into your main income stream in the future. It can be things like Property/insurance Agent, night tuition, swimming/sport classes etc. Do not give up your current job until your sideline is well developed and provide good income.
The impt factor is your drive and determination to get out of the current crisis. Do not go for quick get rich schemes as they tend to be unrealistic or even worse, scams. Get busy and stay out of more trouble. Slowly things will turn better.

Cut down all your time on all activities that dont generate income or worst still spending. Convert these time to cash by taking up part time work

If the amount is too big, consider going bankrupt. May be able to restart your life faster than just paying monthly.
