Are the oxygen meant for the critically ill? Those who are lying in bed and who have difficulty breathing?
The two in the photo looks healthy, able to suck in oxygen by inhaling and exhaling using their lungs.
Or is there abuse/profiteering going on?
You make a "donation" to the temple, you can go into the queue, or jump queue, for oxygen.
