So you have eyes for a Chio Bu, got her number and interested in dating her seriously. Some tips to avoid the pitfalls of dating and being taken advantage of.

1) Never ask for a meal date. Ask her what time she usually take her meals and ask her out on a coffee date instead. Alcoholic drink dates are reserved for later progress.
Optional: Arrive earlier and only pay for your own drink.
2) During the conversation for the arrangement of the date. If she mentions that she will bring a friend along. -> AVOID.
Reason: If she finds that she is not into you. She will only talk to her friend and you be left hanging.
If she brings a friend without informing you. Ghost them immediately. I know it sounds low, but no pussy is worth more than your self-respect.
3) During the 1st date, shit test her to go dutch for the bills. I learnt that women like to shit test. It's about time the tables have turned.
If she got offended and decides to end it there. So be it, there's always other women to date.
4) Don't ask her out for a dinner date, till you bang her or bj you.
Reason: There are a lot of dinner whores out there that will use men for free meals and put out nothing.
5) If she doesn't put out anything by 3rd or 4th date. It's time to move on.
Reason: Time is a non-renewable resource, while money isn't. Avoid the sunken cost fallacy.
6) Avoid dating a colleague from the same department and company. This is a sure fireway to put your job on jeopardy, unless you're already in motion to leave the company.
Reason: If your relationshit goes south. Best case, she gossip behind your back to damage your reputation. Worst case: she files a rape allegation against you. Besides her pussy, a woman's tongue is the most powerful weapon against any man. And they will always have the "pussy pass".
7) This is the hardest one to do. Never simp or white knight for her under any situation.
Reason: Many women like to use other men as a proxy to resolve their problems with other men.
If you decide to intervene in any matters if hers. Always get a picture as clear as possible before diving with both feet in. But I rather you give an excuse to avoid in participating.
8) Never assume she is the one. Unless you're dating as a mature man 30 years old or older and looking 4 a wife.
Just a caveat: Normally, people (including men) don't show their true colours till they're settled in a marriage for some years.
