usually 1 week if wanna have fun for gf, otherwise everyday wanna whack one or two out. But strangely in the past i tried nofap and there are benefits for it as well, i got more confident. As im typing this, 3 days no fap waiting for tmr big day with ml hehehehe ;)

The pastor kept asking us to stand, and don't allow us to sit on the church pew.

In god we trust, and on Pew we sit.
