Eh it was harder at the start the cold turkey and all like overcoming drug addiction. Sex is a need but being starved enough and eventually body sex function go into hibernation after the initial months of suffering. Sometimes still have the adrenalin when looking at girls so when horny will just try to let mind go blank by discouraging myself as useless and think negative.
