Short of saying "Hey I screw your wife she is a good fuck".

Bro you don't think he dumb enough to think his wife is not doing side line on him? Come on in the first place where did he met her? And since he knows she still in the same trade, he already probably come to accept this fact..so rather be the busy body just keep your peace no point go and stir something which you not sure of in the first place.
