In my mid 20s,use to be able to last Long on the bed around 20min-30min or so but recently it has been an issue where I would finish around 5-10mins on the bed ,I don’t know isit premature ejaculation or ED. In addition to this can’t seem to hold my erection during sex and when I finish I would feel a sudden contraction or some sort of cramps like feeling around my balls area. One more thing is I use to be able to go for round 2 but now I just can’t get an erection after finishing the first round. I’m still excited and enjoying sex in all ways it’s just this issue appear suddenly.

Bros here can advice?
Much thanks

Is this problem with your wife/regular sex partner or the same problem with other sexual encounters?

Other sexual encounter too,is just it was normal and than I woke up to this issue the very next day, literally don’t know what happen too,it get worst each time. At first I’m still alright for round 2 and than it get worst to just 1 round of sex and ejaculating 5-10mins or just a few poke after penetration. I tried abstain from sex or anything for a few weeks but it did not help

If it's getting worse it's definitely psychological because the chances of clogged arteries in your 20s is very low.

However in order to eliminate physical causes why not pop by to see your doctor for a physical. It is possible that you are deficient in something.

The doctor will send you to get tested for testosterone levels and other indicators.

If everything comes back normal then it is all in your head. Stress can kill an erection in double quick time.

Hmmm alright,I’ll probably pop by. Does GP works if not where do I seek consultation for this?

A GP can send you for the necessary blood tests to determine whether you are deficient in anything related to sexual performance.

If he does find something amiss he can then refer you to a specialist.

Are you overweight? Do you exercise regularly? Do you have a high stress job or are you stressed out by lockdowns or the fear of Covid? There are lots of factors to take into account when it comes to sexual performance.

i think they call it the death grip, which is tightness in the pelvic floor muscle.

but your situation is a little different from mine, where i can't ejaculate because the pelvic muscle is too tight.

you try squeezing your PC muscle and see whether you feel any pull in the nether region.

any fall or sprain recently?

Not overweight,I do except use but not regularly. I doubt I have any stress job, always a positive person and a carefree person. Just my anxiety has went up after encountering this problem

Hmmm... no fall or sprain recently but does past injury contribute to anything ?

i can't be sure that your current issue is caused by your past injury, because of the fact that you have no such problem prior.

https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/14459-pelvic-floor-dysfunction

you can check out the link and see whether it matches your symptoms.
