Meanwhile, ISIS states: ““Keep yourselves armed at all times to never miss a chance to kill as many Kaffirs as you can. Tools like scissors and hammers can come in useful to kill the Kaffir.”
Might this imperative be rooted in the Qur’an’s commands to “kill them wherever you find them” (2:191, 4:89, cf. 9:5)...
