An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
This is very new to me.
Only watch TC drama and movies but dont know exactly what happened inside the Courthouse.
Lets say, hypothetically, you are to be a Witness.
And you are the only Witness.
So, you testify that your friend was in your house whole night surfing SBF.
(tsk tsk - Lying to help your friend).
Thus your friend is acquitted.
In the Court of Law,
Will you be asked to place your hand on the bible to take the Oath.?
Swearing to tell the truth, and nothing but the whole truth...
