As well all know, POFMA will be used against Opposition to silence them during this GE period.
However it will be interesting to take note that for POFMA to work and be enforced Minister of Home Affairs has to e the arbiter that that news is fake.
The issue here is that, since that pink twit dissolved Parliament, it also effectively means that legally there is no Minister of Home Affairs. In fact there is no Prime Minister too.
