Malaysia law if kena "Tangkap Basah" at MP or HC

Dear all brother of SBF

I just want to know about Malaysia Law if when we goto MP, HC time, and sunddely MIB or those Local Authority come up and do inspection, we as a customer will be incharge? (masuk penjara? Denda?) sorry ar English damn bad...

So scare already coz got 1 experince at MP Puchong Kinrara, lucky i just lay in and the ML also no come in, even massage didn't start, the MIB come in to the premis and do a inspection. In what condition the MIB / Jabatan Agama Islam will charge us?

Any brother here is a lawyer, can share some Malaysia Law for this matter.

Very easy to settle. Just pay denda (ask the price first, then bargain with them, tell them you're tourist and with not enough money) on the spot.

Malay ML will be charge! Approx 3000 bucks for fine! Customers ID will be taken for ref! And later call to do some paper works! Just maybe 30-45min statement! Some might do it at the center MP than latter will ask u to leave!

Thanks for Brother Leeman information...that is the 1st worst experince in my life. But that day MIB didn't ask us show them IC...by the way...in what condition MIB only can fine us? I remember that day MIB just issue a notice outside the premis to ask owner close down shop. Coz OKT also like magic hilang the people...i thing mostly they do a movie to show show their officer look kuah...

They have no rights to 'sue' or 'saman' you if u r not muslim. so u must be firm. they will look at your face and threaten u if u look scare.

But they have rights to ask u to follow them back.. as witness and bla bla bla which u need to report, go back for the hearing... troublesome things...

so at the end.. they will wait for your 'special' question... "How can we settle this ?"....

just my experience.. not sure if other brothers got other view ?

i think this is a good thread. getting caught by HM or MIB is 2 of the worst thing that can happen to cheongster beside getting a STD, so i am sure every samster would want to know the "worst case scenario" and share some experience here.

too bad i do not have any useful info to share, so hopefully some senior bro here can enlighten us!!

i am still feeling uneasy everytime visit HC/MP that have PRC or other foreign (illegal) chics. i am sure getting caught with local ML and foreign (illegal) chic has totally different consequences. any bro care to share?

Well, this is really a useful thread. to me, i am also lack of this kind of information. hope to know more about it. usually, this kind of law seems not transparent to public.
really worse if ppl kena then threathen by HM o MIB under such unfair or disadvantage situation.

i'm maybe wrong but from my experience, MIB usually go for MP and Fuck joint while the jabatan agama usually go to the Hotels or Private House.. I think the jabatan agama dont have enough authority to ambush a public/commercial place unless they were escorted by an officer. But sadly most of the time they usually have escort. This jabatan agama will only cause u trouble if u r muslim. If the girl is muslim then its up to the girl family to decide. its more to 'adat' thing when u were caught with someones' daughter, u must be responsible but (i think) it is not stated in the law. one of my colleague was once caught with an ang moh.. both got fined but they never get married coz the parent don wan the ang moh as their in law and i heard many similar cases oso..

Thanks for Brother Senior KLKOOL explain...ya it's a very long i didn't turn to TCSS, but i still constribute some FR here mostly MP centre. I seldom go to HC already. So any brother senior see me did mistake please remind me, I will take this as a leasson.

Anyway, back to the topic, don't worry too much about religious officers if you are not a Muslim. They have no jurisdiction over you. But treat them firmly and don't be disrespectful.

As for police, if you are caught banging then there might be a problem. However, if you are only caught naked with a fully dressed massage lady or working lady, you should be ok. After all, how to massage unless you get naked.

I rather go to Health Centres where if there is a raid, at least there is some advance warning so that the ML/WL can get dressed.

Visited one Malay MP few days ago in Tmn U, Kebudayaan, not worth visiting as the gals (3 MILF NL ML) and the service and the place are not up to standard, that’s why no FR.

When everything is done and during paying time, the Malay lady boss seems very friendly and no other customers around, so I chit chat with her a bit. After a while, I asked whether MP like that is safe? I summarize her answer in point form as follow:

A) Operation by police
1) as long as the gal keep her clothes on and only performing normal massage, it is not illegal. So no need to tiu the police and must stay firm, even if the customer is naked. You can walk out without anybody knowing.
2) If both the gal and the customers are found to be naked, both parties will be charged and will be brought to police station for further investigation. Whole world will know.
3) If the gal is illegal immigrant (PRC or indo or what not), both the gal and the MP owner will be charged. The customer will most likely have to go to police station to make some statement but we can always claim that we do not know the gal is illegal immigrant. It will be some hassle for the customer but should be fine. Depending on the situation, others may or may not know.

B) Operation by Jabatan Agama
4) whether the gal is with clothes on or not, it is illegal. So the girls will be charged but the customer will be alright. You can walk out without anybody knowing.
5) If both the gal and customers are naked, then the customer must prepare for “sunat”. However, normally things can be settled quietly between both parties (gal’s family and the customer) but it will be a long process. Whole world will know.
6) NL gals are not allowed to do massage for guys from religion point of view, that is why a lot of Malay MP are disguised under other services, like boutique, saloon, skin/beauty care for ladies, or even bridal shop. This joint at Tmn U is a bridal shop cum beauty products cum boutique on the surface.

However, the lady boss said normally operation is a combine effort between Police and Jabatan Agama, if it is a Malay MP. The most important thing that we must remember, as long as the gals are with clothes on, then the customer should be fine, but it does not means the Police can not bring you to police station for some statement and it does not means others will not know about it, although eventually we will be alright.

This is just some info I gathered from this lady boss, who claimed to be in this line for more than 15 years.
