All these questions are not found in internet and also rarely been answered by any loctor KNN
1. If we only eat standard 3 meals per day and produces plenty of sai does it mean nutrients are not being absorbed properly ? KNN also does it mean this person rikely won't be fat or overweight? KNN
2. How to know if all sai has been cleared from the colon KNN my uncle did a test I.e morning he shit an average amount approx 0.5kg of sai smoothltly and later he took dulcolax and 5 hours later...
