Paps are slow twits when it comes to dealing with criminals, thugs and scoundrels of all shapes and sizes.
The Singapore Medical Council, the Minister for Health and all the other elites in the medical profession have not come forward to inform the public on the punitive action to take against these two scoundrels, sex predators in disguise who used their profession and status to dupe and "makan" their female patients.
