Chinese already sent their men and equipment and supplies and shared all their information.
It proved that it is not so easy to duplicate.
There are very stringent and high and hard to achieve prerequisites necessary to achieve the Wuhan success and victory.
None other than China have these necessary prerequisites to play the same game.
Chinese shared with them what was done in Wuhan but THEY CAN NOT REPRODUCE THE SAME PROCEDURE NOR EXPECT THE SAME RESULTS.
