using microsoft office picture manager, if u have the program, just go 2 edit picture> document size>predefined width x height to Large(1024x 768)

You have increased the pixel count but the picture resolution has been totally destroyed because you are upsizing from a low resolution image.
You need to either post at full resolution (2048x1536 in your case) or, if it exceeds the 800kb limit, DOWNSIZE the image to 1600x1200 or 1024x768. You can shrink the file even further by adjusting the jpg compression. eg :-

and while uploading the pictures, it lapse and prompts me connection fail eventually...:(

Try clearing your cookies first.
Check your file size. It should not exceed 500kb.
