So there are some escort servies that offers "overnight services" or something like $120/1hr, can i just consider them as unlimited shots for that duration? or is it something i need clarify with the promoter?

Mostly for hourly rate, it will be one shot, unless they got indicate the number of shots, as for overnight booking, they will state the number of shots or unlimited shots, if they did not indicate, best to check with the escort agency/FL.
