Can ask if it beside the balls, like skin burn,or pimple thing. Like abrasion. Is it any sex disease? No pain. No itchiness. Please advice.

Personally it looks more like an abrasions than anything else to me, but do monitor it for a while and see if it starts spreading

Actually TS was there any kind or forms of discharge? Or have you already found out what the spots are?

It turn out to be pore inflammation. All cleared now.
