Newbie: suggestions on getting bookings

My first post here.
Have been a silent observer for more than a year.
Recently got rejected by an OKT due to lack of activity on SBF, although I have used services of a few in dome 1 & 3.
Any suggestions as to how to get bookings?

Also I haven’t got a hang of points and zap system here.
Would appreciate if pros can enlighten.
