TS from the picture you provided it just does not seem to be any STD or anything at all but could be the sensitive skin you mentioned though

If you dont shave on a regular basis or use an older shaver, this is pretty common. Use a clean blade and some aloe after!

well thats really just about your preference. I think if you would ask a doctor, they would advise not to shave at all.

Wouldn't you be more exposed if you shave completely ? Some hair might be good as buffers.

Personally I prefer not to shave completely but it's almost smooth.
I use a Norelco body groomer for that, tried once man years ago with a shaver and will never do that again.

Depends lah, Andy Lau shaved armpit hair and bald head before and still quite man when photographed. Manly or not is not always dependent on got hair or no hair.
