The rapidly widening gap of technological and strategic advantage is not going to close between USA & China. Existing PLA 055 destroyer's radar was designed least 2 years back and their R & D never stopped, but rather leap generations ahead. PLA is expected to have laser radars, quantum radars, terahertz radars etc, that very uniquely leading globally.
The latest warships Dotard Navy are building this year only have radars of the Phased Array Dual Band type which Chinese made 2 years ago...
