Have visited clinic, doctor currently not suspecting anything might be some kind of allergic reaction so just give me some cream to apply.

There are hundreds of causes of skin rash. HIV is but one.

If you're worried about HIV just go for a blood test to confirm or rule it out as a cause.

Yes, only my arm area.

Apparently, I have diarrhea as well but that was last month ago. My doctor diagnosed me as food poisoning.

HIV rashes normally starts on the face and body...not I say one but doctor.

Personally the rash does not look like anything serious to me too but if it keeps on coming back then it might be advisable to see a doctor else you can just forget about it
