I beg to differ, her attitude and approach has changed drastically in recent times, imo. Though she always initaited for juagen, but usually ended up with fj paying almost double for what we usually pay in HC..

Brother, we humans have strange characteristics.
If the girl don't offer FJ, we will try extra hard to persuade her to do it.
We even willing to pay above market rate for it.
If she still don't bite, we will comment that she sucks!

On the other hand, if the girl persuade us to take FJ specials instead of normal HJ, we become not interested and will have the impression that she try to earn more money.
