Fordyce spots or something else?

Noticed this as I was showering my 2IC when I pulled back foreskin back sometime ago. Tried to look around the net for what this could be and the closest would be fordyce spots, but I can't really be sure. Anyone else knows what this is?

Yes. It is Fordyce spot. Nothing serious as it is a natural occurrence to the body. Almost everyone have it. Mine appears on scrotum :)
