Usually the ones that are just in the infant stages of the very dangerous disease called Tom Yum Goong....are interested in the usual nonsense like i love u, i miss u, whats your name, how old are u etc......
Seen too many go down this road. The fastest way to learn for newbies are to buy a thai dictionary to read in the day (recommended red/blue/white one written by Benjawan Poomsan Becker) and bring a long haired dictionary to sleep with at night.Fastest way to learn guranteed!

Bro, with no disrespect too. The dictionary is written by a person who teaches in the way he or she feels comfortable. A different dictionary written by another person will probably have some words spelt differently.

There isn't any authority on "Romanized" Thai language as even the Thai authorities spell Thai words in English differently. Just take a look at road signs and you will know what I mean.

I personally feel what Bro rocketscientist is doing is commendable. If I were to use your spelling with the intonations, I would probably pronounce it wrongly as how do we know what the intonations mean when we don't get to "hear" it?

But using what Bro rocketscientist has provided, it appears quite straight forward except for the "swang" and "song".

This is only my humble opinion and observation and I'm sure that will be some disagreement which will probably cause some of you guys to flame me.

I see a fellow samster trying to contribute to the forums by starting this thread. For what it's worth, I feel the effort is commendable.

There are several who has helped by posting positively, giving some corrections, etc but I also noticed that some "slightly" out of topic posts has also come in. I'm fine with a little humour but I feel that some of the intentions are not to humour but has a pinch of ridicule in it. If not checked, then this thread will eventually go to waste and becomes really a kindergarten class where nothing is really taught but every child is probably only playing.

I feel that those who can, please do help to contribute. Like some has already done, sharing the various dictionaries or books to buy is good. Maybe also tapes and other materials that can help those who are interested.

For those who can speak Thai, you could assist by expanding on what the threadstarter has provided. For example, Bro suteerak1099 could maybe provide some "lessons" here on intonations like what those "marks" above mean, etc. Or help by showing us some examples of how to use the words in phrases or sentences.

I don't know. I'm just a newbie so maybe my expectation of a good thread whereby fellow brothers in the know share, is but just a dream?

My 2 cents worth.

Hi Bro pfingo,

I'm only a newbie just learning the ropes in this forum so I'm afraid there's actually no wisom there. But I understand what you mean.

Some may reason that if you don't know, instead of teaching, you should be asking. May be true. But in some other threads, there was a samster who requested pictures of Geylang ladies but responses were things like "Why you don't start first?" or Waiting for you to start the ball rolling", etc.

Anyway, what I was trying to put across is that a samster has an idea to start a thread to teach Thai language and maybe along the way, also learn. To me, that is commendable. Samsters in the "know" will and has already started contributing by giving imputs, corrections, their versions, etc.

But I sensed that there were posts which were trying to instigate "flames". Maybe I'm wrong. Whatever it is, I thought by voicing it out may help to keep this thread in check. I apologise if I should have done that.

My 2 cents worth.

u may find that it uncomfortable to use intonations, but still it is there to suggest the 4 variant tones (low, high, falling, rising) in the thai language apart from the 1st mid-tone.

at the end of the day, i still find dictionaries a reliable source, than 1 who claims he's got problems with font types.

Hi Bro suteerak,

Although some may say I apologized too often, I tend to think there isn't any harm in doing that. Moreover my stance to keep flaming in checks is but only an appeal. Having said that, I was not referring whatsoever to you as from your posts, I have the impression that you were trying to help. On the contrary, my posts were meant for others as I felt that they were trying to instigate you. Like I said, it is only my impression and I could be wrong.

As for the term flames, I don't know about other forums but I don't think a newbie must be one that has to make many mistakes to be zapped, criticized, etc in order to be considered a newbie. A newbie is one that has just registered officially in the forum as I had done.

By the way, I also have been reading the forums through a friend's account for close to a year now which is why I can confidently say that you remained very calm even with all those negative posts against you in other threads.

Anyway, this is out of the topic of the thread.

My 2 cents worth.

I did not say I could speak Thai. I am here hoping that I could learn something which was why I hoped that the thread could be a little more focus.

Apparently you are just not happy for whatever reasons which is why you are stalking me. You have "chased" me out of a thread with your seniority so I left as I know in this forum, there are "groups" which will harass or antagonise anyone which you guys don't like.

I have a feeling that you want me out of this forum. So be it if it feeds your ego. I'm sure you are proud of it and feeling very great about it.

I am here hoping that I could learn something which was why I hoped that the thread could be a little more focus. if you cant speak thai, dunno much about thai, then how do you testify to the threadstarter's intent for sharing thai language knowledge here? what was your testimony based on then?

sorry fren, i do apologize if me above queries have intimidated you, or my presence in this thread is sending shivers down you spine, dont mean to interrogate u like some character doomed to eternal hell. but ultimately would like to know what's your basis for the testimony given (only a few days ago)?

Apparently you are just not happy for whatever reasons which is why you are stalking me. You have "chased" me out of a thread with your seniority so I left as I know in this forum, there are "groups" which will harass or antagonise anyone which you guys don't like. you did your fair share of silent reading the past year (as u said yourself), and given your age, you should know better that this is a forum not a children's play pan, and factually no such thing as "chasing you out".

i feel you're quite level headed & diplomatic in your postings thus far, as much as i've observed, its been no more than exchanges of opinions.... your rep points are still in the green... nobody planted the nuke on you yet.

but i have to remind you; not to use others bullying you as excuse.

then u tell us how u pronounce 'swang'.... thanks how odd....??? i think my question is pretty simple & straightforward. curious how come, RP1099 until today cant figure out how to pronounce 'swang'...

i believe it'd be pretty impressive of him to say:
(on the phone)
RP1099: tirak wan nee rau ja bpai nai gin duaygan? gii mong ja ork mah?
tirak: kit waa dton bai ork mah dai ka
RP1099: ok, jer kan SWANG mong...
tirak: sorng reu waa saam?
RP1099: SWANG mong... kao jai mai?? SWANG mong!
tirak: ka ka ka...

(at the eatery)
waitress: saang liao yang ka?
RP1099: yang krup
waitress: aow menu mai ka?
RP1099: mai bpen rai... kao ka moo SWANG jaan + cha yen SWANG kaew

Correction.

Its not saang liao yang ka. Its saang reu yang ka.
There is no such thai saying of saang liao yang.

And also when you want to use "and" in a common thai conversation
Kao Ka Moo Song Jaan GUP Cha Yen Song Kaew

2 plates of Pork Knuckle Rice AND 2 glasses of Iced Tea.

*BTW, I don't need the THAI Dictionary and can tell your usage is wrong above.

SC correction not needed... its intended to depict RP1099. why? he cant even tell that SWANG is spelt wrong for sorng (2), then its already predictable that he would have said it that way.... perhaps worse... (i phrased it that way just for some saving grace)

i wont be surprised he'd be asking "aow kan tow rai?" if he fancies a chick at any agogo.

if you cant speak thai, dunno much about thai, then how do you testify to the threadstarter's intent for sharing thai language knowledge here? what was your testimony based on then?
I may not read, write, speak or understand Thai but I think I can do that in English. So I read the threadstarter's first post which is in English and I thought it should be quite obvious for anyone reading it unless you are telling me that the threadstarter has a different intention when he started this thread.

sorry fren, i do apologize if me above queries have intimidated you, or my presence in this thread is sending shivers down you spine, dont mean to interrogate u like some character doomed to eternal hell. but ultimately would like to know what's your basis for the testimony given (only a few days ago)?
Ha Ha Ha Bro, Don't worry. Nothing in the forum can intimidate me so to speak. Not even Sammyboy himself can send shivers down my spine. At most, I'm not in this forum which I won't die of.

you did your fair share of silent reading the past year (as u said yourself), and given your age, you should know better that this is a forum not a children's play pan, and factually no such thing as "chasing you out".
Bro, you and I are human, although we're both different. I cannot know what you feel nor can you know what I felt. If I feel that someone is "stalking" or trying to "get rid" of me, means that I feel someone is "stalking" or trying to "get rid" of me. Doesn't matter whether I'm right or wrong. It's what I felt.

You are also not the "someone" so you will never know his true intent too. Neither will I.

i feel you're quite level headed & diplomatic in your postings thus far, as much as i've observed, its been no more than exchanges of opinions.... your rep points are still in the green... nobody planted the nuke on you yet.
I have about 200 posts while you have more than 2,000 posts. I didn't observed your contribution value but I'm sure the plus factor holds a very much higher percentage than my "mere exchanges of opinions".

I don't care too much about my rep points as advised by some seniors and I'm definitely not going to lose sleep if it's in the red. At most, my posts appear a day later and surely that's not going to hurt, right?

but i have to remind you; not to use others bullying you as excuse.
This "tone" seems to be a little different. It doesn't sound like a reminder to me. And may I know what excuse I'm using of others bullying me for?

how odd....??? i think my question is pretty simple & straightforward. curious how come, RP1099 until today cant figure out how to pronounce 'swang'...

whether i figured out how to spell the number "2" in thai is not the issue here.

Since rocketscientist only spelt one word incorrectly, is there a need for you to correct him all over with your so called dictionary (and include intonation)? What's the intonation for? Read the heading of this thread. It's thai for kinderkarten class.

From your post, it's very obvious that you want people to know that the spelling from your dictionary is the correct one and everyone should spell like what you see in your dictionary. Which is crap.

how did the dictionary end up in the shelves? if it wasnt written & PUBLISHED? the author hand write everything over & over again? if it wasnt published, then where the ISBN number came from... toto quick pick ah?

the best part is when u even stood firm that 2 is spelt SWANG.

kindergarten or nursery or elementary.. its all fundamentals. i dont see our kindergartens teaching kids to spell: A for APPER (apple), B for BOR (ball), C for Caet (Cat)...etc. since its fundamentals, then all the more need to ensure that its imparted correctly.

i find i've a reliable source (from the dictionary) to share, so what's stopping me from sharing? just as others feel they had a gd bonk, n they like to share their sexperience... i see it as perfectly acceptable.

on the contrary, since you boldly stood your claim that SWANG was acceptable, i'm curious how you actually pronounce SWANG? pronounced as in 爽 or 双?

I'll answer your post out of courtesy but I don't think I want to dwell on this issue anymore as it is already taking the "objective" of this thread away which I don't think fellow brothers want. Already the lessons ended just as it started with only 1 to 10 being taught. Hopefully, those in the know, can continue to "teach" those who are interested.

Now in answering your post.

I posted because I want to share with fellow brothers here. I enjoy the healthy exchanges of information, ideas, opinions, etc. Just because a person who have been using a friend's ID to read through the forums, and now decided to partake in the forums doesn't mean that he is doing so for the "rep" points. Just because a person has the time to post, doesn't mean that he is looking out for rep points when he posted more than others.

I appreciated the rep points given to me and I acknowledged it as a "feel good" factor. But I don't live by it. I don't ask for points to be exchanged although I repaid and will repay the samsters who have rewarded me. And I don't make a fuss on my rep points being deducted as I know I can't please everyone. Moreover, it doesn't hurt me one tiny bit at all.

I post on topics that interest me and topics that I feel that I have some say just as you post wherever you want to. If what I have posted is considered an influx, maybe there should be a guideline as to how many posts a newbie should put in a day, when it can be increased, etc so that anything above that is considered an influx. Bette still, maybe get Sammyboy to have a mechanism in this forum to automatically "lock" out after so many posts.

I guess I've written too much here, and am becoming a guilty party against what I am advocating, which is to let this thread remain focus in its topic. So I'll not be replying to extend this irrelevant side discussion anymore more.

My 2 cents worth.

LOL... you think publishing is as simple a transaction as u walking into cat40 hse ah? editor must read & discern 1st before they give green light to publish... mind you, publishers are paid commission from the gross retail... followed by author getting their returns from the books sold.

I'll answer your post out of courtesy but I don't think I want to dwell on this issue anymore as it is already taking the "objective" of this thread away which I don't think fellow brothers want. Already the lessons ended just as it started with only 1 to 10 being taught. Hopefully, those in the know, can continue to "teach" those who are interested. which is precisely what i did, i noted the error, and i shared from my own source of reference. but some idiot who wasnt sure of things himself, made a fool of himself, trying to prove my source wrong.... this thread hasnt gone beyond 5 pages yet, readers here can see for themselves.

and by the way, the lesson stopped at 20, not 10.

Moreover, it doesn't hurt me one tiny bit at all. i recall in another thread that i corrected u that liverpool fans dont sing "u r not alone"... but "you'll never walk alone"... and u responded, about hoping not to be zapped for that mistake. ;) well... benefit of doubt given.

I post on topics that interest me and topics that I feel that I have some say just as you post wherever you want to. Hi Bro siamcutey,

Maybe you should expand and explain the difference so that readers can understand more or why.

For example when the word "liao" is used with "saang", it would mean "already ordered" and the word "yang" means "not".

So if someone were to asked us whether we have ordered with "saang reu yang ka", we can actually answered "saang liao" if ordered, or "yang" if haven't ordered.

Also, I think it is good to also note that many Thais in their everyday conversation normally don't pronounce the letter "R" so sometimes we would hear the waitress asking "saang ler yang ka".

Just like when the right way is "krup", many would be saying "kup" with some adding A Cup, B Cup or C Cup.

My 2 cents worth.:)

Not good to assume this and too much colloquial use should not be encouraged especially if using other words as example like "rian" (study) or even "reu yang" itself....formally, it's supposed to be like a strong Scottish accent "R" .... rrrrrr :p

JWNY gd contribution... well, apart from "taan" & "gin" which r most commonly used in relation to food. there's actually several other words applicable.... but seldom or rarely used.

i.e: joh, pohk, yat, sep, aem, daek...etc. of which, some are often associated with consumption, acquisition, devour, scouff or devouring... be it food, or assets, property...

eg: a famished person gobbling down food quickly, is not described as "gin/taan ah-haan"... but to be precise is more like "yat ah-haan"

while u'd commonly hear them say "gin naam" - drink water. bt there's also "deurm naam" or "daek naam"

Guess my judgement of you was wrong.

My 2 cents worth. ya, you better be sorry... i dont think i'll take your lame spiking to be a challenge & succumb to your petty request. though i'm sure some other blokes (in my shoes) would've dealt you 2cts of their thoughts via other means by now.

your judgment wrong? you can go ahead and judge all you want, till you wet your pants for all that matters, as if i care.

reminder; the forum is for us to share as we respectively see deemed fit.... and all the more so, not obligated to teach. if i wanted to, i'd have already started a thread as such, long before you decided to register & start using your own account, instead of silent reading via your fren's account.

likewise, none is ever obligated, and purely discretional where rendering assistance/advice is concerned. (surely you mustve observed & learnt this principle, in your 1 yr of silent reading via fren's account)

reminder; scanning & posting directly from a book...?? if i'm not mistaken, breeches intellectual proprietorship. in doing so, i reckon u'd better start getting busy doing all your referencial citations soon.

Please spare us the agony of reading through your bombastic English for fucking goodness sake! And now I see you acting as a big cyber bully threatening people with your bombastic flowery phrases. You, Pai Kia ah!

And please, if you want to use those special thai words and people ask you while you don't know how to explain, please don't use them. Also please don't kaopeh when others ask you to explain.

If you said you are not the relief teacher, why are you contradicting your statements by correcting others here?

I'm sure that is a threat. Must be giving me shivers done my spine. Ha Ha Ha!

"Lame spiking?" For a samster who "look" like one of the more intellectual ones, you sure are a great disappointment. Not that I care. Anyway, it was "look" like only.

Guess when you "type" out whatever info from the Super Dictionary of yours is OK, right? Or maybe that was an orginal contribution.

Now it's quite clear to me why and how you seem to draw out other samsters to get into flame wars with you like a magnet. But I don't think I want to get into one with you. It won't be fair as others may then look at me like a bully.:D

SC SC ah SC, as usual i have the same statement for you... read properly before u start your nonsense.

sorry if my english is too bombastic to your liking lor... but bully? did i lay a finger on the fella? did i call for air-strike+arti on him?

i believe my reasoning with him is many folds more respectable; than how u along with your "shadows" aka 跟屁虫 mass zapped me and others in the tirak threads in the past.

now to address your issue;

1) sharing knowledge in context relevance to the thread, nothing wrong
2) correcting on the mis-spelt "swang" is nothing wrong either (and more correction necessary, cos some idiot insisted that it was acceptable)
3) sharing and/or correcting others does not necessarily make me a relief teacher nor thai guru.

i merely shared that there were more words to use apart from the commonly used "gin", "taan" and "deurm"... and already explained that the words largely can be associated with food/ beverage consumption - occassionally relative with acquisitions as well. (suggest u better go read again properly)

and if that was not clear cut enough... then too bad.... not that i never explained, but the reader cant register.

btw, instead of making senesless logic here in all your lame sarcasm; since u boasted that u neednt a dictionary, surely in all your wisdom, u ought to be able to enlighten our querying newbie fren in the application of the nouns & verbs i've listed.

Wow! I didn't realize that so many people couldn't read so they engage flames with you.

Well, the school which I was taught was different. If a person have differences with you, there could be a benefit of doubt so that the person may be the problem, not you. But when multiple people has problems with you... I guess you know the rest.

Finally I don't want to get into a flame war with you because firstly I think you already have more then you can handle and secondly, I take back my earlier statement (the "unfair" one) as I feel that I would lose to you. Afterall, a check with the last 200 or so posts of yours could see you have a lot of practice and I'm still trying to find some more positive ones than my "mere exchanges of opinions".

My 2 cents worth.

My 2 cents worth. hehehe... nice way of phrasing, bt looking at the other side of the coin, in all situations regardless if u're in the right or wrong... some choose to be the aggressor/initiators... in which they eventually r the root of the problem.... u know wat i'm saying?

you're not as new as you claim yourself to be (given your 1 yr of silent reading via fren's account). i gotta say that i get quite jaded with all the flame wars sometimes, seeing others choke on their own tongue used to be highly entertaining, bt too much of the same thing... *yawn*.

of cos, the last thing i'd need is another lyrical sparring partner here... it takes away meaning from the forums, sections, threads. exchange of thought provoking opinions... i'd find should suffice.

There are several who has helped by posting positively, giving some corrections, etc but I also noticed that some "slightly" out of topic posts has also come in. I'm fine with a little humour but I feel that some of the intentions are not to humour but has a pinch of ridicule in it. If not checked, then this thread will eventually go to waste and becomes really a kindergarten class where nothing is really taught but every child is probably only playing.

gd contribution... well, apart from "taan" & "gin" which r most commonly used in relation to food. there's actually several other words applicable.... but seldom or rarely used.

i.e: joh, pohk, yat, sep, aem, daek...etc. of which, some are often associated with consumption, acquisition, devour, scouff or devouring... be it food, or assets, property...

eg: a famished person gobbling down food quickly, is not described as "gin/taan ah-haan"... but to be precise is more like "yat ah-haan"

while u'd commonly hear them say "gin naam" - drink water. bt there's also "deurm naam" or "daek naam"

other words used in relation to consuming water, apart from "gin" or "deurm"

i.e.: joh, ton, doot, lor, sot, daek, jip...etc (jip is more in context of sipping)

eg: when the tea is served piping hot, itd be alright to say "jip" or "sot" instead of "deum"

And your most constructive post is this thread is?

do you know there is another thread for you to show people that you are a thai guru?

Read the title of this thread. You dont teach kindergarten kids vocabulary when they have not even learn alphabets. but surely even before kindergarten, the kids by the age of 2 or 3 yrs old should already know how to ask for food/ drink???

Fucking make me laugh by reading here about those people who say want to save money then go Thailand and don't come back Singapore. :D

Nobody stopping these people mah. And if there is greener pasture in Thailand, there isn't even a need to save money. Can move there straight away and make money there.

Save how much then go Thailand? $20K SGD? $50K SGD? $100K SGD? 20K thai baht can liao mah. Go there rent 1 service apartment don't even need 1000baht a day, and if the pasture is really that green in Thailand, need to save money in Singapore then go Thailand? What a hilarious joke.

People can say all they want that Singapore sucks, this and that and if end of the day they are still eating, shitting and fucking in Singapore, it goes to show how much their words mean in an online sex forum and real life.

People who really want go Thailand, don't need come to this forum and tell everyone. They follow the Nike's slogan of JUST DO IT. What's the point of talk and talk and talk in this forum when end of the day how much are these people going to save before they go? These people will never get their things done. Talk is free

There is no need to correct that because the author who wrote that is too full of ego to let others correct his mistakes.

If correct him, he would say "Correction Not Needed."

So its best to let this kind of people wallow in their own mistakes.:D

Kindergarten Thai

Commonly Used Phrases

1. Sawasdee Krup - Is a form of greetings be it in the morning, noon or night. Female would say "Sawasdee Ka".

Pronounce as follows:

"Sar - What - Dee - Krup" - Noticed that they do not pronounce the "s" in "what". I don't know why and neither do the Thais.

So when you are greeted with Sawasdee Krup/Ka, you also reply with the same.

If you want to greet and address a person, you will start with Sawasdee Krup followed by the person's name like this "Sawasdee Krup Khun Tiger".

2. Khop Khun Krap - Means "Thank You". Female will say "Khop Khun Ka".

Pronounce as follows;

"Cop (as in cops & robbers) - Khoon (as in sleep in Hokkien)".

If you want to say "Thank you very much" you can add in "mak" like this "Khop Khun Mak Krap". The same if you want to mention any name, the name goes at the end.

3. "Karuna" - Means "Please".

Pronounce as follows;

"Car "as in motor-car" - Roo - Na"

But very common you will hear them saying it with a "short-cut" by using just "Na". For example, a child will ask the father "Na Por.. Na" which means "Please Dad Please" like pleading with him to buy her a toy or whatever, or a WL will say "Na Ling.. Na" which means "Please Darling Please" like pleading with his Robert Head to buy her a Rolex Watch.

Hope this is useful.:D

I don't know why and neither do the Thais. just to share & expand a little on that thought.... sor-sue when used as ending consonant will be read as "T", hence sawasdee krup/ka is spelt literal, but pronounced conforming to the pasa-thai theory

and if u had to greet someone in the morning, noon, evening or night;
sawasdee dton chao - good morning
sawasdee dton bai - good afternoon
sawasdee dton yen- good evening

seriously, i have been to thailand or come across many thai people, i dont hear them saying the above other than the commom sawaddee kup/ka. dont be stupid, kindergarten also teaches basic courtesy & greetings, more importantly they teach the kids to "wai" when greeting, especially towards person who's senior in rank/age.

sawasdee krup/ka is a very generic greeting that the thais use when they greet 1 another. bt the time specific examples are applicable when appropriate.

u choose to stick to swasdee krup/ka all day long, is your own preference.
on the contrary, for a foreigner who can use the time specific greetings, the thais will know that you're not as shallow.

MAI BEN RAI

"mai ben rai" means "it's ok". For example when some1 tries 2 give u somethin but u dun want it or some1 says thanks to u, u say mai ben rai.

If some1 apologizes to u for doing somethin wrong reply with "mai ben rai". If some1 says "thank you" for a present just say "mai ben rai". to be a little more specific, mai bpen rai is literally more like "wont become bad", otherwise associated with conotations of "nevermind"/"its ok". and yes, its a common gesture/phrase they use in myriads of situations.

alternatively, subject to scenarios;

1) someone apologizes, you may reply using mai-bpen-rai "nevermind"/"its ok"
2) someone thanks you for assistance rendered or for something received, you may reply using yin-dee "you're welcome"

SC ah SC, as usual i have the same statement for you... read properly before u start your nonsense.

sorry if my english is too bombastic to your liking lor... but bully? did i lay a finger on the fella? did i call for air-strike+arti on him?

i believe my reasoning with him is many folds more respectable; than how u along with your "shadows" aka 跟屁虫 mass zapped me and others in the tirak threads in the past.

now to address your issue;

There are many foreigners want to come SG to study and earn money. And yet our locals say they want to go out of SG. Its good if these local people go to the better 16 countries, as the reason why we work hard and earn money is to have a better life.

Tell me to bring my money to a country where there is a military coup, democratic government no more, treating foreigners worst than third class citizens. The Indonesians and China nationals are bringing their money to Singapore. Why don't they invest in their own country? And now our very own people are talking about going to Thailand slamming how poor Singapore is? If thats the case, those hypocrites should fuck off straight away and why still using SG internet connection to login to SBF?

At least Sam has the balls to fuck SG and yet not be in SG. What has those hypocrites got? They don't even have the balls to uproot to go to the country that they so-called worshipped.

*Go Thailand for sex tours is ok, going there to stay long term is another different preposition altogether. And that is why many don't see the big picture but chose to use their one-eye snake thinking they are seeing the whole world.

So maybe the rest of the 100 got provinces such as Pattaya, Korat, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai leh?:D

I've tried to bring this thread back to its orginal intention of teaching Thai so I just provided some basic phrases (which I asked from some Thais in Golden Mile in case I got it wrong) and with the snap of the finger, a few pages of "mini flame wars" appear!

I'm amazed at how you do it! :D

Anyway, I guess flame wars are part of the forum so I hope fellow brothers do keep in mind not to get too personal as I see information on shop & residence is starting to come out.

My 2 cents worth. well it all depends what r the intents of the spammers who persistantly contribute irrelevant postings. the joke of the decade thus far, people who know nuts make their stance for the wrong reasons.

and when corrected (they felt shamed), they cannot take the humiliation & start contributing more irrelevant nonsense. afterwhich, tick for tat, butter for fred... and so the sequel continues. (surely u'd have noticed its, given your 1 yr of silent reading).

in case u didnt notice, the thread was doing quite alright at the beginning, until a few characters came along, if their intent was to contibute... we havent seen anything qualitative. if their intent was to learn??? how come they contribute nonsense? evidently, their intent was to spam.... no more no less.

wat to do? thats life... no matter how well maintained society is, there'd always be funny characters that find amusement in being nuisance.

If you can remember the blocks I mentioned a year ago, I supposed the information I got is correct because you remembered 'vividly'. An EM which was completed in year 1985. Your residence registered another new number in the house in the year 2004.

BTW, some minor corrections, I did not gather people to lay ambush at Blk 121. I was waiting there myself. Just that you didn't saw me. That is why I have always said, you love to twist words to make yourself look good on an online sex forum.

If U mean "nom"?, it means boobs

Let me give some intermediate tips:

Pu yin = girl
pu chai = boy
suey = beautiful
nom = boobs
yai = big

so you can go and ask for :

pu yin suey suey, nom yai yai = beautiful girl with big boobs!

Your residence registered another new number in the house in the year 2004. Please spare everyone the agony. Post the photos out for everyone to see. But make sure you post the right one hor. If not wait kenna lawyer letter from someone else, haha, then it wouldn't be nice.

Whether I got the wrong unit or not, Mdm Lxx already admitted its the right address with the right person staying inside.

SC pls lah.... u think u so handsome meh? who would be so bothered with your fat ugly face, and your poor dressing sense?

Mdm Lxxx admitted to the people staying in the place, and u're so certain that the person is me? LOL

i'm curious how u can actually pluck some random info, come here to post address, post Mr. or Mdm. Lxxx... and make it seem all so real. last yr's post lagi impressive, got NRIC some more... LOL

reminder, even if the info u post here are not accurate about me, whoever's identity that u've mistaken for, is entitled to lodge report against u.

i'm sure all the residents in that vicinity are entitled to know. maybe as a good citizen, i should print the contents of your postings here & alert the residents of that block. following that, i'd also alert the community and/or residents centre as well...?

whether they go to police or not..? u're at their (all 3 block combined) mercy.. not mine. ;)

Wah lau eh... what started off as a promising well-intentioned thread for learning some basic Thai, turned into pages and pages of flaming exercise.

Thanks bro rocketscientist for starting the thread, and some of the bros who added some useful phrases.

I'm not sure why there's so much clashing between the 2 titans, but can you please make peace and stop? This is just a sex forum, and let's not get family or public involved. Thanks.

MNT, most of us would treat your remarks as a joke .... but not sure about SC & suteerak1099 ... they might see the bold as an insult. (just a remark, no harms meant)

Hi Bro DNAT,

I'm sure they know tha I meant it as a joke and that my intention is for them to have peace.

I guess from reading their posts, they know who each other is so why the "anger" or animosity, which is what I can't understand.

I hope they can see the "lighter" side of things and enjoy the forum as it is.

Good deal?:D LOL... bro, thats real funny. thanks bt no thanks, i'm not so cheapo.... i appreciate the goodwill advices here, hoping for a ceasefire. and, i wont want things to turn ugly for whoever's been mistaken to be me, to be harressed by our dear fren who's lost his plot.

anyway, let's recap & see for ourselves, who of all, in the beginning got the ball rolling. just because i had somethings to share/contribute to the thread, some side show freak had to come in to stir shit. but at the end of the day, i've still plenty more relevant stuff to share/contribute positively to the thread.

a ceasefire is possible... as long as the irritants stop their irritance.... ;)

Well meaning thread became a flaming zone...Wanted to keep quiet but PMs from those keen learners wanted me as threadstarter to speak up.

All the selfproclaimed THAI-CHEE masters are here. THAI-HUMCHEE masters giving their worth against those they have a sword to grind with. Mentality of these THAI-CHEE masters are lower than kindergarten kids, so what if their proficiency in Thai langague is good? Not even have common courtesy.

Sorry to those who really wants to learn Thai, these Thai-Chee masters cum eager teachers spoiled everyone's conducive learning environment.

I will reply to all PMs to me. This is an example.

Thanks but thread already got hijacked. Those THAI-humCHEE masters chose to have duel here. From all the GL threads, tiraks thread to GoldenMile threads to now Kidergarten thread not spared too. Self-proclaimed as Thai masters but behaviour & IQ below that of Kindergarten kids. LOL maybe I start another thread.

You must first ask who started spilling personal stuff on net.

BTW, I don't need to make stories to create sympathies for others.

Who wants take a push on me, I will push you back. Tit for tat. You stop, I stop. U want persist, I continue. Theory is simple. Back to Kindergarden Thai if thats what others want. But if I see any stuff being spilled, I will be back to spill more.

wah, u also got learn physics ah...hahah...

newton's 1st law, a body will continue in its state of rest or motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force frm the view of an inertial frm of reference.

third law says that for every action force there is a opposite and equal reaction force.
