I think it is the Cash Depot of Ferris Cusco etc, not sorting and arranging cash neatly for the ATM Cash Boxes they handled.
Cash got flipped up side diwn, orientation rotated all ROJAK like just robbed by bandits or rioters looters?!
Used to be you withdraw cash from Pee Said ATM all neatly arranged and stacked.
Mustard money changer more neat than Pre Said banks. No standard! Their machines Pariah Cheapo ones! 3rd world 4th world.
