Also, doing exercises like push-ups or lifting light weights can help tone up your chest muscles and help your tits look more pert. It also prevents further sagging unless you are D-cup onwards because gravity will seriously work its shit on you. :D

I haven't tried any of those bust-enhancement things leh. And no one I know has tried it before, so I cannot tell you whether it works or not.

But I think sagging a bit bit not so bad lah, right? It's only normal to sag a bit what. From now on just take good care of it to prevent further sagging lor.

I think the only time you'll honestly need bust enhancement help is after you have a baby and esp if you breastfeed. I see a lot of women's tits all sag damn jialat after going through that. Now I a bit scared scared liao. I think only after baby then seriously need to spend money to tone breasts.

A doctor friend told me how to differentiate enhanced and natural breasts before. Natural breasts will bounce when she walk and little bit of sag. I don't know what is ur degree of sagging. Could be ur tits perfectly ok, juz ur posture or u too mindful over them.

Found out from same doctor friend too is that the bust cream, massage or even bust enhancement exercise is mainly using the principle of cells/glands/ducts stimulation to make it always in "expand" mode and thus harden and active.
