Delayed Eject

Juz wanna ask to see if this is a problem.

I have delayed ejaculation problem. With my wife i can go on for max 2 hours and my prespiration can drip as if i have run 5 km. I can still ejaculate normally when i pcc but getting older this is really taxing on my body.
Seriously, i have to go GL as my wife is away till her return in 2 months. I visit GL houses and seriously, most WLs cannot stand me. I really have a hard time with this.
Can anyone recommend me anything to increase sensitivity?
I tried abstaining from Sex or PCC but still it does not work.:confused:
