I think there are no. of ways to slow down:

I agree. Kegel exercises train the pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles). They are actually a group of muscles that run from the pubic bone to the tailbone. It's used to stop the flow of urine from the bladder. It is also the muscle that contracts when you ejaculate, moving the semen up through the penis and out of the body.
