CB USAF bombed and left dare not enter the ruins. They had used chemical & possibly tactical nukes. There are ISIS laid booby traps that US forces are too chicken unskilled and inexperienced to dispose.
Russian did it in Aleppo. Clean up. And asking China 1B1R to help rebuilding.
