An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
my uncle say he went to buy ciggarattes this morning and saw the highest price increase ever at $1.10 upwards depending on brands. he say how ah if can't quit and can't afford. he also say better don't buy contraband as the fine is heavy and since is a high increase pap will sure catch catch.
