An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
DPP wanted judge to reject bail application by accused, judge wanted to grant bail. DPP insulted Judged says "your brains garbra?" Judge immediately issued arrest warrant to arrest the DPP, on something equivalent to Contempt of Court.
Now Higher Courts & AG got to come and resolve the crisis.
1st time ever this sort of show down.
The accused person Lao Sai Liao, I think defense lawyer must apply for trial under different judge and DPP....
