it could be due to the shampoo you use. i use to have this previously without any sex contact with anyone. went to a doctor, she told me its just skin sensitive from the shampoo or soap, she gave me some medicine and it heal within 2 days

Have it check, looks like an HPV from your description, if it's itching, it means, there are some bacteria or virus, have it check before it get worse.
