interestingly, i wonder why the video was filmed by an LTA officer and released to the public. The video was filmed in prejudice and the officer made good his wayang to play victim, including recording his own reporting to HQ like a bullied kitty.
Seriously, LTA officers don't behave so humble, unless they are on "candid camera", i suppose.
