You should see a doctor. Your rectum/colon has obviously been lacerated.

constant bleeding or only when u clear your bowel?

go see a doctor immediately if it bleeds even when u are doing your daily chores..

monitor it ...if it only bleed when u clear your bowel...could be anything from piles to colorectal cancer..you could get off the counter drugs like daflon 500 and see if it improves after a week if not go see a doctor...

i think the bleeding have stop when i clear bowel. but i can still feel the pain. what should i do.

Sounds like anal fissure-try conservative treatments like drinking more water, add bulk to the stool,softening the stool,consuming a high fiber diet, and sitz baths ect2.
Some even say using a squatting toilet may be useful .

Try stool softeners and liquid diet for a few days. That will give that area a rest.
