An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Mr X was depressed over money and health matters. He went to a polyclinic to get medications for his depression and was advised to seek professional help with a psychologist. Even it is subsidised, Mr X cannot afford the cost.
What should Mr X do ?
