Seems some massage places need to write your name, IC etc info on a form. Some no need.

Is it those need to write one offering specials or under AV monitoring list? Those confirm clean ones in shopping ctrs no need to write, or they never ask me to write.

Heard from ML if no write mata will fine them.

this had been there all along... those no need write one not massage shop but pretend to be massage av come sure up lorry one... cause 100% no licence for massage :D

those need to write detail are legit massage shop with either cat 1 or 2 shop ...

and lastly chances of you getting caught in no licence massage shop is higher than those legit spa as AV are constantly raiding them to rid of those no licence one or hiring illegal workers without permit

Shop with exemption letter , no need to write.
Open concept type, shoulder masg ,sit on a back rub chair.
Shop with all registered physiotherapist, no need chap 173a licence.
Visual handicap therapist is exempted too.
But the physio therapist is registered with their degree.

what to do? if IPad to sign in...I walk away for sure! It is very dangerous to type in our IC to their IPad, how know this IPad has virus to mirror your IC information to another server. Also, the boss doesn't have a business sense using IPad for sign-in.

IC requirement is not new rule since long time ago need to write, its an offence if AV check and what you wrote don't tally with your actual IC...

No cyber crime.
Now all kind of ppl walk in, walk pass, u can browse all name ic no.
Even the staff can make a copy of it.

One ML recently told me now AV will tally customer IC at counter when raid. If see customer ic not same as customer in room will get fine. Last time they don’t check this. Maybe is new way of working.
