No idea but wouldn't it be better to make a police report after the guy has been identified rather than before?

If the video is just handed over to the police all they'll do is sit on it.

The police are on the ball only if the victim is a VIP or a well connected.

What i meant is maybe the police can trace where he come from or going to via nearby building CCTV since SG right now has lots of police cctv around ;)
