An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Several years ago, Tan Chuan Jin, a newly promoted minister, wanted to be garang and openly declared that "aged Singaporeans collect cardboards and wipe tables because they wanted to exercise and also they dont want to be bored at home. He proclaimed that they dont actually need to work". That pleased his master but brought him much scolding from singaporeans.
After the scoldings, he laid low for a while.
Two days ago, he surfaced and openly declared that he was misquoted.
My questions to him is simply: "Did you or did you not say SG old people collect cardboards because they wanted to exercise and not because they need money?"
Straight "yes" or "No" answer is enough. No need to fudge
