Signed MOU with the Chairman of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Mr He Lifeng to enhance bilateral cooperation on the Belt and Road.
According to the PRC Ministry of Commerce, Singapore already accounts for about one-third of China's outbound investments to the Belt and Road countries. A large part of that is channeled to other countries because of our role as a regional financial centre. We look forward to partnering with China and other B&R countries to deepen financial collaboration and accelerate infrastructure development in the region.
