Well, it is a small time ex-jail bird who runs a small stall in Lorong Lew Lian who refused to pay his taxi fare of a paltry $15 after screwing Thai chicken in Golden Mile.
He is indeed above the law because the mata mata let him walk away scot free at the scene. Sign of weak law enforcement? More than that ... no arrest for disorderly behaviour or for attempted cheating or criminal intimidation ... if these mata mata got half working brain in their heads, they should have arrested the scumbag and brought him to the station for a lock up session to assess charges to press against him ...
To let him walk away free, as if he is indeed above the law, makes a mockery of the pappies' claim that no one is above the law in sinkie land. Well, this jail bird proved he is indeed above the law.
When a man is caught stealing goods, and when caught, he offers to pay for it, isn't he doing what this scumbag did?
If a small time ex-jail bird is above the law, what does it mean? Sinkie land see liao !!!
