Get it now create war to create refugee crisis which is mass human movement fleeing and panic.
When human flees under panic the victimized country will get worse from then onwards. The victimized country will not get back to their feet again. Gone.
The neighbors country will get caught in the mess to contain the exodus of refugees coming to their soil. Make the region worst.
Next war with US must get US soil in refugee crisis situation and see Americans fleeing out of America soil. This will end America.
