I am looking for a loan of $2600 with a 40% interest in 6 months.

As title stated, i am willing to pay 40% for the amount loaned as i required it very urgently.
I am willing to provide documents and a grant that will be entitled to me in 6-8 months as a form of collateral.

I would advise anyone who is even remotely thinking about this, to structure the agreement as an investment with a return, as opposed to a loan. Because police won't help you on loans if he does not pay you back. But if it is an investment, then it counts as a scam.

Whoever wants to lend TS, please be reminded, for small amount as this, there is nothing you can do if TS default on the loan. Even getting debt collector is too troublesome.

The laws against money lending is v strict now. When someboy wants to borrow, all the sweetest promises will be made. When its time to pay back, well, thats another story altogether.

If i know the other party cant enforce the loan, ie not licenced etc, i will even offer him 100% interest or even to entice lenders. Afterall, its free money that need not be returned.
