4) intro anyone to rent, buy, sell properties - earn a fee

Easy say then done. How and where to find that?? If everyone can provide the services, who are the one using it??

Easy say then done. How and where to find that?? If everyone can provide the services, who are the one using it??

They usually loan money at 10% a week in Hanoi, or loan gold to people at 10% - makes more profit with gold value. Usually there is a minimum time, with a minimum value to pay, even if the money is back the next day. It is rampant, and many Vietnamese who have a bit money rent some people to find customers and make loan for them.

A lot of people are in this business at present time, and they quickly become very rich.

To open a shop, or for a surgery - you can find many people with small paper books just outside of the hospitals in Hanoi, sometimes in the large waiting halls. They are here for that business, check the hospital bill, get the original ID papers, check the papers, if the people have family, house, relatives, childs, and here is the money. Got a maid once in that scheme, and they would come to threaten her underage childs every day.

Many motorbike accidents too in Hanoi happen to people who are a couple days late to pay the interest - interests are collected weekly. sometimes daily in the market or with the taxi. Stay long enough in Hanoi, it's very rare that close to the taxi parking places like the Hilton there are not taxi drivers paying to a man in motorbike some hundreds thousands VND. That's the interests. Getting a loan from a bank in Vietnam is exceedingly difficult, and never for the full amount on any given project, so money loaners have a lot of opportunities.

A taxi driver who wants to be allowed to work needs to pay a fee to his future colleagues to be properly introduced to the boss. Usually 5-10.000USD for the higher grade companies to get that job. It makes a pyramid income scheme, money loaners, then this new taxi driver himself will get money when a new taxi driver wants to join. A couple of years ago, crew members would pay 20-50.000 USD to be allowed to join Vietnam Airlines. Of course, only a money loaner with high interest can loan that money, not a bank.

Bro SingViet, doing business definitely not simple. Earning extra money every month besides full time work is quite easy. We are not talking making alot of money but some extra.

Example:

1) Help to clean house and wash clothes for neighbours.
2) Intro workers to work
3) Help out in night market or stores.
etc.

The fee also pays for passports and visas for the brides and payment to the Vietnamese matchmaker.

The husband pays his own travel and must also buy gifts for his new inlaws. The gitfs are usually given in cash between $150-1,200.."

35000 Yuan is only SGD $7000 right? Where got US$51,300? Unless they are talking about 350,000 Yuan or SGD$70,000. I think SGD$70,000 to buy a viet wife is pure stupidity.

To all bro with married viet baxa,

Under one of the clause, they ask "have you do any kind of marriage (e.g. customary and etc) prior to ROM". Unless you are preparing to do a fake oath, you can tick No, if you have done you customary 1st in VN then ROM in Singapore.

Well for me, I ROM in Singapore 1st, then do my customary ceremony in VN, I guessed that's to avoid future trouble and etc ....Like what Bro Kangtuo said earlier when replying you. The clause of making a fake declaration is an offence.

You may want to plan this carefully with you BX-to-be.

If I marry my galfriend one day, I will not let her work.
I will start a family and ask her to bear me a baby. She will be busy looking after the baby thereafter.

Reason:
1) I do not want a wife who work full time and do not take care of the house or cook for me. (I already got such a sillypore woman before and I do not like it.)

2) If she work, it can only be service industry which may require her to work on weekends. I rest on weekends and need my partner to spend time with me.

3) After work, if I go home, I like to go back to a clean and tidy home with homecook food ready for me. If she work, I will have to eat out and share the housework.

As of now, I eat out and cheong cheong cheong... :D
but the days to retire is very near.

I do have a wife which is also a Vietnamese... We are married for closed to 2yrs and we have a cute son which is close to 9mths old now. Recently I get to know a Working Viet gal.... Usually I am those who know I have a family at home.... I just fuck and pay tats all...... Now this gal really given me those sweet days of courtship..... I have been going out after work more often now, always giving reasons like entertainment with customer. Starting to go hay wire already..... Recently I do think back am I too young to get married as I am only coming to 28 with a gd job and a nice car with no lack of gals if I were to party nightly like what I am in the past.... Now I feel my life seems boring as I am a family man now but in terms of financial I have been taking care of my family well providing them comfortably but in terms of mindship.... I think I am still not mature to get married... I still have that party spirit in my heart...... Feelling shit!!! I dont wanna spoilt my marriage as I dote my son to the fullest and wanted to give him the best enviroment and growing up happiness.... But on the other hand I feel if I carried on flirting with the viet gal, I may ruin my marriage 1 day as I have been doing things behind my wife's back now with his gal... I feel if I dont stop now, 1 day.... something sure happen.... It will be either my wife found my sparephone and simcard and all things will be reveal to her.... Wanna stop all e nonsense but no determination!!!

Honeymoon love is always the sweetest but once this period gone, life will be back to normal.

Trust me, assume u broke with current and marry this WL. Soon u will find another attractive ger and this will start over again. The reason is simple u will never get enough of attractive gers.

Dump the WL and go back to your family ...
Re-ignate the flame between you and your wife by going for a romantic holiday.

Going oversea will also means staying away from the viet WL for awhile

I understand how it feels to be 'in love again' especially with puppy love. I get to know 2 vb recently. 1 can bonk, 1 is so lovey dovey. I choosed the lovey dovey one and brought her out for straight 3 days. Today she go back vn and will not be coming back again.

If its my own personal issues and things that does not really affect her, then I will just carry on and tell if she ask.

Sometimes, some things are better left unsaid and undiscussed so that it can be done without much fuss....But I think they key is to let them know that even if we do not tell them some things, we are doing it with their interests in mind..;)

Do you bros tell or discuss with your viet wife/galfriend things that you are doing (in process) or tell them after it is done (got result).

Yesterday my galfriend press me for an answer of when I do complete my divorce. I am actually in the process of doing it but never tell her about it. I thought that when the deal is done, I will tell her about the it. But she blamed me for not informing her the progress. :(

She say I always never share with her things that is going on (not only on the above matter). I will tell only when asked.

I am going through a divorce which I hope to finalize soon and have told my Viet girlfriend about what is going on. She is very understanding and supportive. There are some things I don't discuss because it may not be of much interest (e.g. work). It depends on your relationship. I trust her and have never been disappointed so far.

It depends on her character and personality. Some prefer to be updated frequently. Some prefer just to know the results. But if I were you, I will give her a rough idea of the progress.
Sometimes when humans heard nothing about something they care about, their minds tend to wander about.

Need some advise from bros here who more familiar with vietnam then me...

My girl recently got some money problems. Her mother sick need medication, so she borrow from friend to return younger sister to help mother about 5mil VND (got need so much meh)?

Only just know her about two months. So resist to help her. Feel damn bad la but I tahan myself!!! But she never ask me for any money directly throughout. Then she say want to go work KTV 'chang ge' earn money return her friend. I keep quiet never say anything cause she know I won't like...

But anyways that's just the back story, she's working as a shampoo girl in a hair saloon apparent. North-West of HCMC. Forget what the place called already. Last time she work can earn 3mil VND. Now she working at another place now earning 2.4mil VND...

Just want to check with bros here if vietnam girls got cut hair cut until 10pm 11pm one meh? Cause I suspecting maybe she go work KTV never tell me. I thought cut hair supposed to be after office hour, but during lunch time she can go home and eat lunch one... Shouldn't it be lunch time then people free go cut hair? Apparently this saloon only females one (got such thing)? She tell me recently change boss then make them work until very late no customer but 10+ 11+ still got customer one. Am I being to suspiscious here?

Since you say that she can go home to have lunch, maybe she really work as shampoo gal or other job with no hanky panky biz. Most job is till about that timing. Many viet will go home eat lunch then back to work. Eat out is no cheap (for them).

According to my own knowledge, girls working in KTV/MP are not allowed to go home during meal time. The boss will have runner to tabao for them. These kind of work is till midnight and after. Some have night shift...

You got to go vn often to understand more...

Thanks to all bros contribution on the many Viet related thread. Now my turn to contribute and share :D

I made Viet trip to meet my ban gai and her family. Her place is about 3 hours taxi drive from HCM D1 and her house is in a village. (Can't pronounce the name)

A few cultural shock on how their living conditions and food hygiene. Any bros wanting to visit their ban gai family village have to eat the food with a strong stomach. Houseflies are in dozens!

On the money aspect, many bros have given their experiences and mine is,
I bought cigarettes and alcohol (VSOP), which is relatively cheap and pass her mum 500k dong

Bought them lunch (10 persons) with Viet Vodka cost of 800k dong in total

Taxis in the village covers long distance from place to place - Much more than the average 30k dong per trip in HCM city

How much money do i provide for my ban gai?
She works as factory production line worker in a Korea factory with 2mil dong salary. (About 15 mins motorbike ride from her village)

I don't give her any monthly allowance, so that she has to work and won't become lazy. This also avoids me being her atm.

On my trips, i will usually give her 500 - 1 mil dong, as she won't work for a few days and for her to buy clothes.

Her demands on me,
When can i ket hon her? (I never had an answer, even when her cousins hinted openly to me on the last trip)

Wanted a enagagement ring, which was bought near the Ben tham market.

How to proceed hereon with Viet life partner?
I also do not know, until decided to ket hon :D

Hope all these info are good for bros intending to visit their ban gai.

12% is the annual interest. It means that every month you get 1% interest on the principal. My girl told me farmer's bank offers 12% interest, but I haven't confirmed that yet.

It is different. If the bank pays her every month. She will feel more secure. Because she knows the money is there and she doesn't need to look your face.

Yes. I also considered it. But maybe VND appreciates 15% then I end up with a capital gain of SGD 3000 :D I know this is very unlikely since VND has a tendency to depreciate in the past 30 years, but who knows? Anything can happen, right?

Hi All Bros ...

Recently, I read about post on how to support your BXs / GFs in Vietnam from putting fixed deposit to earn interest, ask them to work and etc ....

Bros here also don't want to give money too often to spoilt them and they becoming lazy and always ask for money.

I too have this problems on how to support my BX in Vietnam especially now she has my baby.

What I am going to share is a business opportunity for the Bros in here, please do not zap me :) While helping your BXs/GFs to make money, you yourself are making money too.

XX Company is going to Launch their global office in Vietnam. What I am doing now is spear-heading a team to Pre-Market the product before it is offically launch in Vietnam. Therefore, I am now building a team to marketin Vietnam.

This product is a SPA product knowns as AgeLoc & Galvanic Spa. As we know looking pretty is a dream for all VN gals.

Few ways of doing it:

1. Get the set, ask your BXs/GFs to provide facial spa service and collect a fees ---> In this way, they have something to do.

2. Recruit their friends or look for people to join in the program ---> More people they recruit, they earn more money, and in turn you bros earn money too.

Bros here interested can PM me and I will share more information.

Hope me business opportunity is able to help bros here looking for ideas to maintain your BXs/GFs

Thanks and Rgds.

Yes ... MLM is illegal because there is no product to sale .... however like bro mentioned the termed MLM is changed and re-defined ...

Yes , no free lunch in the world ... absolutely correct .. hahahah ...

Reason why they earn money and you also earn money because they are you downlines, and if you understand how it works, you will understand that as long as your downlines make purchase, u earn ... and you don't under-cut them, as the commssion is paid out by the company ... depending how many structure you have and whats your volume in your group.

There are many MLM company in VN .... some do it the wrong and got fined.

I want to deposit SGD 20,000. If the annual interest rate is 12%, then every month she will get SGD 200 automatically. Close to her current monthly salary.

Bro, I think u are talking abt fixed deposit with 12/24 mth locked period. She will only able to draw the interest out after 12/24mth to enjoy 12%. If u wan to draw interest every mth which is 1 mth locked period, the interest will be low.

Btw, really not advisable to open vietnam dong fixed deposit. The forex will kill u. Vietnam still a developing and an exporting country , they will devalue their dong to draw investors and make their exporting goods attractive in price just like China.

Hello to all bro, just want to share my story about me and my vietnamese girlfriend.
Hope you can give me proper guidance for me.
This started when i went down to a KTV few months back, got to know this vietnamese girl, sat with her then brought her out to lam tinh on that day, it turns out that she is a very nice girl as after that day, she followed me wherever i went, she even skipped work just to accompany me, not once not twice but everytime when we are together, i only went to this KTV once, so all the other times i went out with her was outside the KTV, we started having feeling for each other, went out to watch movies together, go to the beach, shopping and all the other events where couples do.
Felt very in love with her, she doesn't ask me for money even the subsequent times i brought her to hotel to lam tinh, she would even pay for my cab fare and sometimes meal we go on dutch, feeling really bad for making her follow me while she have to work,
i decided to give her money to go shopping and buy whatever she likes but she always decline the money i gave to her, but i usually will just slipped it into her handbag and once i send her home ill sms her that i have give her some allowance to spend. Her english is limited but our feelings speaks for us. This carry on for a few months then 1 day she went back to Vietnam, brought her to the airport and then she left, but before she left she gave me a home address, home number and cellphone number, tell me if 1day im going to visit vietnam she will bring me around.
After she left, we still got contact each other thru the phone and sms, just last week, i wanted to see her real bad, i book the ticket to HCMC told her that im comming, she told me that she is going to be free whenever im in vietnam. Btw she told me in vietnam she is working as pedicure. Once reach vietnam, saw her waiting for me outside the airport, got out and gave her a hug like long lost couple. She also brought her friend along, which speaks really good english, so we can communicate better, she brought me around HCMC. We took pictures together, eat together, sightseeing and explaining to me about vietnam. The 2nd day her friend have to work so she left, leaving me and my girlfriend. So we went out together again the 2nd day.
On the 3rd day i pack my bag as i only staying in vietnam for 3d2n. Then she send me to the airport and bid farewell, she told me that she will come back Singapore and find me nx month. So now im really confuse just to stick to her or not as i would like to be with her really bad, she have been really good to me all these while.
Any advise from any bros on what kind of girl will she be if i continue seeing her?

Hello to all bro, just want to share my story about me and my vietnamese girlfriend.

Anyway she come here to work

Enjoy the sweetness of the love while it last.

You named a few KTV (NC, E*** and K2) in your previous posting. I do not know if you know her in these 3 KTV. You should know what happen inside. She go lam tinh with you in the first meeting in ktv, she may go lam tinh with others if she work. So when she come to work in KTV, you have to make sure you can take it.

A scenario that I guess that will happen:

She come to work, she tell you that she also love you so much that she never go lam tinh with customer or work differently from the way she used to work. She tell you that since she changed her method of work, she is unable to earn as much as before. She will tell you that since you visited her in hcmc, you know her living condition and family needs $$$.

This will stir you mind as to help (give $$$) her or just let her work the way she worked before... The huge INVOICE is coming your way. If you give, she may love you more and you love her and want to see her more. The cycle will go on and on. If you let her work, maybe your life will be turned upside down and you will start wondering where she go, what she do, who she get to know.

I experienced all these with my vn galfriend, my former number2 and currently the gal in my siggy.

number 1 galfriend - takes me 2+ years to believe her and confirmed her. Very taxing to find out alot details. Flying to hcmc often and meeting SBF bro to talk and find out about vn culture. Lucky thing is that she not able to come sillypore during that period. (it should be well documented in this thread)

former number 2 - overcome partly by $$$ and partly by caring. She really give her everthing to me untill she find out I xao nhieu nhieu, she dumped me. She is a very good and clever gal though. (it should be well documented in some thread about KC)

current gal - I am still in a mess. Wondering where she go, what she do, who she get to know, wondering whether she xao me or not, etc... never able to overcome :(

Any advise for me from the bros here? She is quite a nice girl but once i see her quarreling with another viet gal, my gosh, she is fierce, but after that when she with me she cool down and gentle with me again.

Don't ask why i marrying her or what or whatever her background is. I am a divorcee and my ex wife have a decent job and comes from a decent family and end up i found out that she cheated on me during my marriage and still say I was the one is unreasonable and cheated on her..so what if i find a ordinary singaporean girl to settle down. I take care of my family during my marriage and never (maybe once or twice) go find other girls or go ktv. What do I end up with, accusation that i never take care of family, spend my time drinking, etc..

So how much to spend for a decent marriage in vietnam?

U r so determine to marry her... what advice u need?

So how much to spend for a decent marriage in vietnam?

This is an open question, as in no one can answer what u meant by "decent marriage"

U have to state example, like 5 stars restaurant or small coffee shop in HCMC. Your decent might be 5 star restaurant in a small village while others decent might be a normal restaurant in city.

Anyway u can search for the info.

Always enjoyed reading your replies...will you be in hcm on 13 Aug weekend...:)

Hello bro she comes from G* Ktv @ Lavender. But i will take note of ur advise thanks.

So how much to spend for a decent marriage in vietnam?

Like a bro say, its open ended how decent can be decent .... only u can specify ...

For my case .... I just recently married my BX in Singapore and then in Vietnam.

1. Full Wedding Reception of 20 Tables inclusive of dance, singer and MC + free flow of drinks and beers - 40 Millions Dong.

2. Full Wedding Photography + Videography + Bridal Car - 23 Milllions Dong.

3. Customary Accessories + Invitation Card - 3 Millions Dong.

4. $$ for M-I-L - SIN $3.5K

5. Golds for Bride - M-I-L buy for ceremony, after ceremony, the golds sold back ... hhahhhhaah

For reference .....

So I guess and all bros wil agreed that my wedding in Vietnam was not a decent one ....

Rgds ...

Yes bro, i have to understand her situation that she come to singapore for work, but its very sad in my opinion that she have to work in this kind of place with a heart so tender and loving. :( vietnamese girls might not be as educated as the singaporeans but their love really touched me very much.

Bro ....

I understand how you feel right now ... me too love at first sight and carry on for 1 year ...

I too flew to HCMC 1 month after she went back because really miss her alot ...

Imagine phone bills chalking up to $1.6K but then luckily subscribe to M1 paying additional $5 using the IDD as local call charges ... and paying $160 in final bills ...

I guess it all boils now to trust and acceptance .... BUT of course don't love blindly.

Even Bro KT took years to find out and accept ... guess you should learn from him ....

Especially when you are told not to go fetch her after work ... you mind might run wild, what is she up to ....

Especially when you can't contact her and nexy day she tells you she is drunk the night before ... hhahah .. runs wild again ...

Therefore, there is alot of spot checks, waiting ... like Bro KT said ... very tiring proccess ...

It also took me a while to accept and understand .... although we still quarrel abit here and there la ....

But then we are now happily married and she is now 2 months pregnant ...

End of the day ...

whats your tolerance level?
Whats your trust level?
whats your acceptance level?
Now + future or choose to lived in the past?

I guess bro here will agree ...

If you cannot afford to give $$ and support her ... then she has to work and you have to accept...
If you can't bare the fact she is working in these environmet ... then give $$ and support her ... so she no need to work ...

Bro KT ...

Viet woman hanged herself

A YOUNG Vietnamese student who was in a relationship with a married man took her own life by hanging herself in a cupboard after her boyfriend failed to send her school fees.
Nguyen Cao Minh Ngoc, 24, had enrolled for a Master of Science in Management (Banking and Finance) course at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) late last year.
Her boyfriend, Mr Nguyen Dang Ann, 36, an engineer, was her sponsor but she lied to her family that she was studying here on a scholarship. The total fees for the 16-month course amounted to about $25,000. Ngoc, who arrived here on Nov 4, was supposed to pay the first instalment of $14,000 by Dec 21. When reminded by the MDIS to pay, she repeatedly gave the excuse that her boyfriend would be arranging for the payment of the first instalment.
The court heard Ngoc was last seen by her room-mate, Ms Vy Vu Ho Hong Thao, 26, at Queensway Student Hostel last Dec 12, three days before her body was found. Ms Thao, who returned to Vietnam that day, told police that on Dec 11, she heard Ngoc shouting over the phone at her boyfriend asking why he had not sent the money for her fees.
Ngoc told her that her boyfriend had broken his promise to buy an air ticket for her to go back to Vietnam. Mr Ann admitted that he had delayed paying Ngoc's school fees as he was facing some financial difficulties in Vietnam.
Ngoc had been dead for at least 24 to 36 hours when her body was found in a half-sitting position inside the wardrobe. State Coroner Eddy Tham recorded a verdict of suicide.

Brother, that's interesting. Most SG women I have been with just want me to service them usually a hard wild fux when they want it on demand even when I am tired from working all day. As far as foreplay only for them and in prep to fux them. As far as them doing something for me, its just a byproduct with no imagination and little effort. I think most SG women are stingy when it comes to being a lover.

The main thing about doing business in singapore is that the overheads cost a lot as compared to VN. From shop rental, staff salaries, renovation to ingredients, it cost very much more than VN. Although rental in VN now is relatively much higher as compared to some years back, the staff salaries and ingredients cost are still much cheaper as compared to Singapore. The next thing is that businessman in Singapore (inclusive of vietnamese here) are not satisfied with just low monthly returns of around 1k, they are all looking at at least a few K a month. But in VN, they will be quite happy if they can earn a few million VND a month, if can reach 10 million VND a month, its quite good liao.

Next thing is consumer's expectation. Its a norm that Foreign food will cost more everywhere in the world, for example, Thai food in UK cost a bomb too, same goes for Viet food in Singapore. But these few years , with more and more singaporeans travelling to VN frequently, singaporeans can do more comparison and see the worth.

Personally, i still find Viet food in VN better. :D

Well like Bro KT said .... very difficult to answer you ....

it can range from $500 - $1000 - $2000 ... hahhahhhaha ....:D

it largely depends on what you intent to do there ..... Eat Roadside vs Eat Restaurant .... Visit places of Attraction .... Staying in HCMC vs Visiting Outskirts of HCMC .... Shop for yourself vs Shop for your GF ..... Giving her $$ vs Not Giving her $$ ...

So ... Really Depends .... :p

There are still good vn food in JC. Brought my galfriend to JC to eat at 169 once. I dunno what she order, but she say it is nicer than in hcmc.

Brought her to long phung and quynh giao also. she don't like the food.

You can bring your galfriend to the new Nha Hang Vong Cac(Vong Cac restaurant) on Pham The Hien,Q8 (just before the Q8 kids' amusement park);
near to Cao Lo. Vong Cac previous premise on Nguyen Bieu at the foot
of Cau Chu Y had been demolished.

12 of us in a private room ordered Heineken, suckling pig, steam prawns,
BBQ chicken, fried rice, seafood steamboat. Good food and good service. Bill less than 2 million VND, tips for waitresses.

Brother, using the following as examples
Katong $$$$$
Carrot cake (chai tow kuay)

what would be the cost differntial relative to SG? Any N versus S factors too in terms of price differential?

How much is a haircut at a salon? barbershop?

Coca Cola?

To Bros travelling to Vietnam for the 1st time, please keep an Open Mind. Do not automatically perceive anything that you read in this forum nor what is different in Sillypore to be "wrong" or "negative". Withholding judgment will allow you to be an objective travelling observer and will facilitate the process of "cross-cultural under--standing". As you learn about the country with an open mind, and, who knows, you may find the reason for something you may not understand.

Have a good and enjoyable trip! :D:)

We seldom do actually.....Seems like he's going to Vietnam for a hair cut, eating carrot cake with cola. I would recommand him to also try Pho Bo and as long as he don't get into an argument with the locals over history lessons, he should be fine....... Wahahaha :D

Thanks for the intro of this place. My galfriend will have heart attack if we pay some much for a meal in vn. The other time I brought her to a french cusine, she already cannot sleep after knowing the bill. :)

This means that she treats you as future husband. So how much is the bill?

When I treated my VB (not galfriend) in Vietnam, she always invites her friends to join and reminds me to give tips to all waitress after I pay the bill. She never cares about how much I spent. ::(
