This crime spree committed by the HIV positive ang moh scum bag is a joke. Pappies asked for his blood samples for HIV testing and he got it from his gay scumbag lover to hoodwink the pappies.
Dracula showed blood should be drawn from an original source (his victim) but pappies did not know many foreign aliens are smarter and knew how to take them for a ride.
Why allowed foreign aliens to choose where and how to produce their blood samples? Pappies are really pathetic and plain stupid.
This kind of weak law enforcement is a risk to national security.
